They had concerns about the site’s functionality and ease of user navigation, and asked Woland Web to conduct a site audit, devise some solutions to improve the user experience, and provide ongoing support. In turn, Woland Web added many new pages and streamlined the site’s functionality. The team operated on standby to CompanyBox, listened to their needs, and implemented strategies designed to address their targeted goals.
Finally, however, after several months of working with Woland Web, leadership at CompanyBox decided on a different approach—and contracted Woland Web to completely redesign and rebuild the website, throwing out the existing design and going back to the drawing board.
Woland Web partnered with the leadership team at CompanyBox, learned about their vision for their new website, and encouraged them to communicate their “wish list” in how they hoped their revamped site would look and feel to a user. And in the end, Woland Web designed a site that addressed all of the client’s needs.
