Before becoming an entrepreneur, Lena had a successful career in Investment Banking IT – Including Goldman Sachs, DeutscheBank, and Merrill Lynch. Lena holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from the University of Michigan. She lives with her husband and three daughters in Charlotte, NC. Stella is passionate about making meaningful contributions through idea optimization and efficiency. Prior to joining Woland Web, she worked for such companies as TIAA-CREF, AIG, Bank of America. Stella earned her B.S. in Economics and Management/Industrial Relations from New York University and M.I.A. in International Business from Columbia University. She lives with her husband and two children in New Jersey. She enjoys baking bread, hiking, visiting farms in Upstate New York and spending time with her friends and family.

Since 2010, Julia has been coming up with ideas and resolving issues, big or small, in the fields of strategy, marketing, design, and technology. Julia believes in building collaborative relationships with her clients to ensure personalized, outside-the-box solutions. When unplugged, Julia loves to travel, cook, sew, people watch, and celebrate life in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, where she lives.

Joel received his B.S. and M.S. in Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to joining us, Joel developed airplane subsystems software for the Boeing Company, and then he became a founder and operations manager at AuSIM, Inc. In addition to being a technical wiz, Joel is an accomplished cellist. He’s been performing with local orchestras for decades.

As a 2nd year Psych. major, Joy took a leap of faith and followed her love of code & design. Since getting her Computer Tech degree in 2005, she has worked on several web and marketing teams. Joy enjoys getting into the mind of each client, tailoring the look and feel of visual elements to suit their unique brand. Offline, she is a busy mom of 4 who lives off cups of coffee and quiet moments with a good book or tv show.

Onawa has an A.A. in Digital Media Design from Frederick Community College and a B.A. in Art from the University of New Mexico. Prior to working as a designer and developer, Onawa worked for many years as an equine photographer with her photos appearing in numerous books and magazines. Onawa lives in Western Maryland with her husband, daughter, and their two cats.

Vitalie is a seasoned software developer with over 20 years of experience helping companies build reliable, user-focused digital solutions. Since earning his degree from the State University of Moldova in 2004, he has contributed to high-performance teams at T-Mobile USA, Telus, Amdocs, Neurosoft, and others. Whether launching new platforms or enhancing existing ones, Vitalie brings deep technical expertise and a results-driven mindset. Now based in Limassol, Cyprus, he’s a proud father of three who enjoys traveling, reading, and playing guitar in his spare time.

Tanya is the graduate of the State University of Moldova. At the beginning of her career as the Accounting application support engineer, she enjoyed partnering with customers and assisting them to resolve their challenges. She is passionate about enterprise applications, WordPress, and responsive design. She is a mom of 3, living in the wonderful coastal city Limassol. She likes reading, cycling, and learning about the arts.

Anastasia is a full stack developer and a graduate of STEP IT Academy Moldova, where she gained hands-on experience in web technologies and software development. She enjoys working collaboratively, solving technical challenges, and bringing creative ideas to life. Anastasia is particularly interested in user-friendly web applications, WordPress, and accessible design. Outside of development, she continues to expand her knowledge in mathematics and the sciences and is always exploring new ways to grow both personally and professionally.
